Jobs4Interns (J4i) aims to bridge the gap between university STEM training and practical application. We're establishing a comprehensive internship program that begins with a unique online student/intern selection process. We're looking for top-performing students in science, technology, engineering, or math to pair them with local government contractors and technology firms for hands-on projects.

At J4i, we're not just looking for interns; we're seeking the top university talent to join forces with industry leaders for lucrative paid internships.
For students, J4i's niche mission is to encourage the development and growth of historically underserved, underrepresented populations in the STEM fields (Minorities, First Generation College Students, Women, etc.).
For employers, J4i seeks to highlight and encourage participation by small and medium-sized businesses that offer valuable apprenticeship opportunities but are often overlooked by larger organizations.

Current Challenge
Today's education system lacks a specific and effective apprenticeship program tailored to the STEM industry. Typically, students are prepared at universities based on curriculums that focus more on theoretical knowledge than on practical, real-world application and expertise.
Unique approach
Interns create a comprehensive online profile through our exclusive database. This profile includes a video cover letter, resume, detailed college information, general interests, and activities, as well as recommendations and referrals. J4i employment partners gain access to these profiles, enabling them to conduct a thorough evaluation of potential interns.
